Presenters will introduce you a new holistic framework for leading your company and teams to an adaptive, agile, entrepreneurial style. The framework is a model for "business opportunity and solution discovery" called the NextGen Business Competencies radar. The radar can be a management guide and reference model and also a tool for HR leaders to assess and measure the innovation competencies and skills in their firms, to help focus on areas where maturity is needed.
