Visual templates for strategy creation have become very popular since the publication of Alex Osterwalder’s “Business Model Generation” book. His work was focused on using visual templates for the creation of strategies, rather than the delivery of them. So, there was and still is a need for canvasses for strategy execution.
Having noticed the opportunity to broaden the use of canvasses, Andi has collected a range of canvasses that consultants have created and has now collated over one hundred of them. In this session Andi will explain the benefits of canvasses and how they can be used at different stages of the strategy execution journey. He will share tips and use cases from his work in organisational transformations over the last two years.
Andi Roberts is an accomplished coach and facilitator with extensive experience in supporting large-scale transformations. He has served in leadership positions in a range of companies: As a manager in a Fortune 100 professional services organisation, a human resource director of a mid-sized health company, partner in a corporate events and conferences company and owner of a boutique consulting company.
He brings extensive international experience, having worked in over twenty five countries. Andi’s client list features a broad range of worldwide knowm companies like Airbus, American Express, Samsung, IBM, and Epson, as well as private-sector organisations such as public-sector organisations represented by local, national, and European government entities (such the European Commission).
Andi is a Certified Professional Facilitator of the International Association of Facilitators and a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. Academically, he holds a Professional Diploma in Management, Master’s degree in Business Administration, MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice and an MA in Online and Distance Education. He is currently studying a BSc in Design & Innovation.
