Decision Making for Agile Teams

Many organizations are faced with excessive cost overruns and challenges to deliver anticipated value during project execution. In working with many clients and reading study after study, a root cause almost always points to issues associated with business. It could be missing needs, inability to prioritize, conflicting needs. In the end, this challenge and struggle commonly relates to how organizations are making and communicating decisions before, during and after projects. Decisions need to be made with the information available at the right time.

This workshop takes an in-depth look at how teams should look to improving decision making to help increase project success.
